Finding your way to Reiki — session or course?

Reiki journey begins with a simple intention — the wish to reconnect with yourself.

Through Reiki, you are invited to stop and listen within. It’s a way of returning to your own rhythm and allowing yourself to simply be. Reiki is not about controlling or directing energy. It’s about trusting and allowing — knowing that the energy flows where it’s needed and always works for your highest good.

Whether you choose a session or a course, the experience is an invitation to meet yourself in a new way.

For some, Reiki becomes a moment of quiet care, a space to rest and receive. For others, it grows into a personal practice that supports everyday life.

There’s no single way to begin — only the one that feels right for you. Take your time, explore the options below, and notice what resonates.

Your energy will know the way.

REIKI SESSION

A Reiki session is an invitation to rest and receive. It’s a quiet space where you don’t need to do or change anything — only allow. The energy flows naturally, supporting you on all levels. Each session is different, meeting you exactly where you are that day. It’s a moment to return to yourself and let your own energy find balance. Reiki always flows for your highest good, bringing what is needed in that moment.

REIKI COURSE

A Reiki course opens the door to a deeper relationship with energy and with yourself. It’s a path of daily practice — simple and grounding, yet deeply transformative. After the first course, Shoden, you can also share Reiki with others — it's like having a gentle healing tool at home, always within reach. After the second course, Okuden, you begin to experience the limitless nature of energy and the inner teachings of Mikao Usui.
What Reiki Is Not: Reiki is not magic. Energy healing will not make problems disappear if we’re not honest with ourselves. Reiki supports us, but it won’t make important life decisions for us — nor will it take responsibility for our lives.   Working with energy is not a substitute for medical care. We should approach health holistically, which means that conventional and complementary medicine should work together. That’s why I encourage you to take care of your energy and your health — and to have regular medical check-ups.

"Many people think that the system of Reiki is about some magical symbols and mantras, and that once attuned or initiated, a Reiki practitioner then can do some magical spells for healing. But in fact the system of Reiki is all about the embodiment of the precepts in all we do during our day, for today." The Way of Reiki - The Inner Teachings of Mikao Usui by Frans Stiene
